Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about unique handmade products.
You have 15 calendar days to return any item(s) purchased from accoutrement.store from the date you received it.
After the said 15 calendar days from the reception date, you can still return any item(s) purchased from accoutrement.store, and you will receive an store credit applicable to a future purchase at accoutrement.store.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them.
All returns must be coordinated with Accoutrement and you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping your item(s) back. You can get a RA number by contacting Accoutrement via:
Following your request and approval, Accoutrement will give you the necessary information to ship your item(s) back. You must include your purchase receipt in your return packaging, as well as clearly identify the RA number.
Unauthorized returns will not be subject to a refund and becomes the property of Accoutrement.
At this time, returns can only be processed for orders within the USA.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect the merchandise and notify you that we have received your returned item(s), as well as notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within about 1 week, depending on your credit card issuer's policies.

At this time, exchanges can only be processed for orders within the USA.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. You are also responsible for any loss or damage when shipping a package back.
