Free ground shipping for orders over $40
This offer is only applicable for delivery in the USA. Accoutrement will use USPS for free ground shipping.
If the total of your order, before taxes, is $40.00 or more, Accoutrement will pay for your shipping (regular ground shipping only - expedited shipping not included). You don't have to do anything to take advantage of this offer, our system will automatically remove the cost of shipping if your order qualifies.

We used as little packaging as possible, while making sure that your items are well protected.
We use recycled materials (like recycled and unbleached kraft paper), as well as compressed sugarcane fiber containers to ship our flowers (fully biodegradable and compostable).

We are offering this service on a trial basis at the moment. We use DHL for international shipping.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 to 5 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note that we usually do not ship on weekends, unless it is a very busy period.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the package is picked up and scanned by the selected delivery carrier. The date of delivery may also vary due to the carrier's shipping practices, delivery location, bad weather, etc. You can check the status of your delivery/package using your tracking number via the service carrier's website:
Damaged items during transport
If there is any damage to the items due to transportation, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
Packages are sometimes returned to us as undeliverable due to uncontrollable issues such as a wrong address was entered during checkout, client refuses the package, etc..
If this happens, we will issue you a refund for the merchandise minus a 20% restocking fee. The client is responsible for all shipping costs, so the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us will also be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you do not have it, you may want to check with a neighbor, building manager or any hiding places near your door.
If you cannot locate your package after due diligence, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can contact the carrier and resolve the situation.
